Minutes are counted based on the actual duration of the file you upload, not the processing time. A 10-minute file consumes 10 minutes from your plan.

When you reach your plan limit you won't be able to upload new files until the next billing cycle. You can buy extra minutes at any time from the Plan section.

From the Plan section, click «Manage subscription». You'll be redirected to the Stripe portal where you can cancel, change plan or update your payment method.

Yes. You can upgrade to a higher plan at any time. The change applies immediately and Stripe prorates the cost based on the remaining days of the cycle.

No. Extra minutes you purchase are added to your balance with no expiry date. They remain available even if you change your plan.

Yes. Files are processed securely and are not shared with third parties. You can delete your recordings at any time from the dashboard.

From the calls dashboard you can export any transcription as PDF or text. You can also export full analysis reports.
